[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]From october 14th to 17th – London’s Regent's Park welcomes the FRIEZE ART FAIR (managed by Victoria Siddall) under a tent where international galleries and collectors-crowd. Here for the first time, Galerie Kamel Mennour representing Camille Henrot (2013 Silver Lion of the Venice Biennale with his video Grosse Fatigue)… This year, Rachel Rose (USA) is winning the Frieze Award and his work will soon be seen in the Serpentine Gallery and at the Whitney Museum. And backstage circulates the name of a new curator for Frieze Projects : the Swiss Raphaël Gygax…

Actually, by opening the Tate Modern in 2000, London turned into the unavoidable location for contemporary art… After Frieze Magazine – born in 1991 with a Damien Hirst’s butterfly on its first cover – Amanda Sharp and Matthew Slotover founded Frieze Art Fair in 2003 ; then Frieze Masters in 2012, to show productions from before 1999. And of course, still in 2012, Art Fair New-York. But after the Frieze Art Fair in London, the well-informed art lover goes on his shopping spree in Paris… at the Fiac !

From october 22nd to 25th – At the Grand Palais, FIAC opens its doors on Winston Churchill avenue. For long Miriam Cahn’s works have been catching the attention by her way to get hold of the body : classical (painting) and contemporary (performance, etc.) Jocelyn Wolff Gallery presents her work. While a Miriam Cahn’s painting, Undarstellbar, shows a couple where the woman holds a woman’s face in front of her sex, J'ai fondé / I have founded by Bernard Gast uses the same face-to-face, but submits the couple to war.

Two lovers under the bombs

On and on suffering the impacts

The time of doves that horror blows

Of insane happiness water flows
